Supporting Parkinson's Research - Dr. Ray Cornford devoted his life to the practice of medicine, only to have it cut short by Parkinson's disease. His wife, Velmabelle, tells us about Ray's last days and his decision to give not only a generous gift to Parkinson's research at the University of Minnesota, but his body as well.

Cardio-Pulmonary Research - With her lungs failing, Judy Murphy had only months to live. There was no time to wait for a donor. Incredibly, Mrs. Murphy's son and her sister each agreed to give a portion of their healthy lungs to be transplanted into her body. The University of Minnesota's Dr.Soon John Park performed a rare "living lung transplant" in order to give Judy a second chance for life. This surgery is performed by only a handfull of surgical teams worldwide.
Childhood Cancer Research - Death rates due to childhood cancer have fallen dramatically in the last twenty years, thanks in part to the Children's Cancer Research Fund and research being done at the University of Minnesota. This video recognizes CCRF for the more than $20 million generated for cancer research and introduces three top researchers who hold endowed chairs funded through the efforts of the Children's Cancer Research Fund
